Blue-flecked grey laid paper wrappers, Chiswick Press colophon imprinted in red on back cover. Contemporary spine repair using grey cloth; covers with small closed tears and chipping along the edge with some loss to the front fore-edge; front cover is rubbed and there isa patch of offsetting to rear cover. VG text block in a Good wrapper. Scarce. Spielmann and Jerrold 11. This theater issue was targeted to a family audience (The Piper of Hamelin was a children's Christmas theater event) so this play-bill did not often suvive. Heinemann simultaneously published a hardbound copy of this play-bill with a re-set title page that is far less scarce.
