Color frontis. with tissue guard and over 60 additional color and B/W illustrations by Harrison Fisher. Intricately decorated end papers, half-title, title page and text pages by E. Stetson Crawford using Native American themes in green. A near fine copy with light bumping to head/tail of spine and a neat gift inscription to the recto of the front flyleaf . A lovely copy of this tour de force of Arts and Crafts illustrative and decorative work at its best.
